How do Deauville Preshow work?
At Deauville Preshow, it is essential to make an appointment with exhibitors in advance. Unlike a traditional trade show where you can move freely between stands, exhibitors are located in private showrooms, accessible by appointment only. This setup guarantees confidential and high-quality discussions. The show takes place over five days, allowing you to organise your schedule with peace of mind, spreading your meetings over several days according to your availability.

How do I make an appointment with exhibitors?
Once your registration has been confirmed, you can schedule all your appointments with the brands in attendance via the appointment booking platform available in your online Buyer Area. The platform opens in June, so be sure to book your appointments as soon as possible to take advantage of exhibitor availability.

Who can visit Deauville Preshow?
Access to Deauville Preshow is exclusively reserved for buyers and purchasing decision-makers in the toy and games distribution sector. A name badge will be issued after verification of identity by the organisers.
To ensure the quality of the event, no non-exhibiting suppliers or service providers (PR agencies, stand builders, printers, etc.) will be admitted to the premises.
Rights holders and licence agents must reserve a special badge from the organisers. Please contact Fabienne Taylor.
The organisers will issue accreditation and reserve the right to refuse entry to any visitor who does not meet the above criteria.
